What leasing options are available?
We offer 12-month leases. Additionally, we can offer short-term leases at an additional cost. Ask our leasing manager for more information about short-term leases.
How do I apply for an apartment?
The application process is fully online. Reach out to to our leasing manager for a link to apply.
What are your application requirements?
For applicants to be approved, we require their monthly income to reflect 2.5x market rent. We require applicants to have a credit score of 650+.
How much are the application fees/costs?
$80/person (over 18) application fee
$150 admin fee to run our checks
$200 (one-bedroom units) or $400 (two-bedrooms) refundable security deposit
What is the cost due at move-in?
At move-in, you only owe the rent cost due for the remainder of the month.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes! We require a personal liability coverage of at least $100,000. Additionally, we do not accept Lemonade Insurance coverage.
What if I need to end my lease early?
Tenants who need to break lease have the option to relet the apartment for a reletting fee of 85% their base rent. The office will begin advertising the apartment to prospective tenants.
You'll remain financially responsible for the apartment, including rent and fees, until it is re-leased. It’s important to continue making payments to avoid being in default of the lease.
What is the required notice for moving out?
A 60-day notice is required for move-outs.
What amenities are included?
Residents enjoy access to our sparkling private pool. Additionally, our sister property, Tramor at Oak Run, has a fitness center that residents enjoy access to. It is a one-time $50 charge for a gym key.
